IMPORTANT:
- 2 months: July and August

STUDIO:
Tranquil and light double-bed studio with a separate kitchen and balcony on the south, in de Kuipersstraat. De Pijp area.

RENT & DEPOSIT:
Rent excl utilities (85-115,-, depending on usage). 
Deposit to be returned after check-up and key return.

TERMS:
Pets: only with permission. 
Profile tenant(s): easy going, considerate and communicative. 
Rules: no smoking inside and definitely no partying allowed✌️
Tenants allowed: max 2 (only with permission).

IMPORTANT:
-Pm me a short description of yourself (summary of your story, current situation, wishes, work&income details, etc). 

PROCESS: 
1) Selection potential candidates
2) Videocall to meet each other and agreement on the terms
3) Physical meeting and viewing studio 
4) Final selection of candidate
