My name is Katja and I am looking for a tidy female subletter for the period from November 1st untill January 19th who wants to live in my nice studio. 

Period: November 1st untill January 19th (actually already available and possibly a little later than January 19th)
Rent: 695 incl. per month  
Studio: 22m2 (furnished) with sleeping/living area, kitchen and bathroom 
Additional amenities: TV, spacious desk, refrigerator, freezer, 2 induction hobs, washing machine and indoor bicycle shed in the building 
Other information: metro stop (Kraaiennest) at a 2-minute walk, Albert Heijn and many other shops nearby
