I do have a studio available from the 9th of september 2025 (for max 2 years!) at the Johan van der Keukenstraat  in Amsterdam at IJburg. (47m2) 
The building has been build in 2018 so everything is new and modern with energy label A. 
It is a spacious and clean studio (no seperate bedroom) with private kitchen (combi oven/mircrowave, dishwasher, induction cooking, espresso machine), bathroom (shower/sink/toilet) and balcony located on the 3th floor of the building (there is an elevator) 
Seperate room with combi washingmachine/dryer. 
At the top of the building you find a Mutual terrace and at the 5th floor an indoor terrace. 
Downstairs you find an indoor bikestore 
It is located near the tram which takes you in 12 minutes to the Central station. Shops are just within 200 meters from the studio. At walking distance you find a city beach and the Diemer Parc. 
The rent is € 1475,-- per month. excl. water/electricity/heating/service costs/internet and community taxes.
Depending on the usage the total extra costs will be around €300.—
Registration is possible! 
I'm looking for a reliable and tidy tenant.
