A unique opportunity for an international student who requires accommodation for 6 to 12 months while completing a Master's degree. 
Registration with the Municipality is included. 
Not available for pets or two partners. 

You will receive a €200,00 discount on the rent if you occupy the accommodation as a single resident. Subletting or additional occupants are not permitted. 

The rent is €1.496,00 minus the €200,00 discount = €1.296,00.
 
You will also pay your own utility consumption and connection costs for gas, electricity, water, and internet. Approximately €110.00. 

You will pay €40,00 in local taxes, as everyone living in Amsterdam does. 

1 = You will have a spacious front-to-back living/bedroom of 29 m² plus a private bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washbasin. 

2 = You will NOT have your own private kitchen or cooking facilities. 

3 = By law, you are required to share the cooking facilities in the eat-in kitchen with one person who occupies the second living/bedroom of 24 m² plus a second bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washbasin. 
This co-resident pays €1.396.00 minus the €200,00 discount = €1.196,00. 

4 = You will share the eat-in kitchen, the second utility room with a second sink for washing and storing dishes, cookware, and clothing, and the 20 m² roof terrace. 

The property consists of 2 large living/bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 kitchen + 1 additional utility room. 
A total of 2 single occupants live here and jointly sign one tenancy agreement.

Selection and Approval 

Two people are permitted to register at this address with a Citizen Service Number (BSN), subject to compliance with the applicable regulations. 
An additional occupant is not permitted. 

Criteria 

• To prevent rental arrears, on the commencement date you will pay the first 3 months' rent: 3 × €1.196,00 + 3 × €150,00 additional costs = 3 × €1.346.00. 

• Thereafter, at the start of the 2nd rental month you pay the 4th month's rent, at the start of the 3rd rental month you pay the 5th month's rent, and at the start of the 4th rental month you pay the 6th month's rent. 

• Minimum age: 21 years; 

• Non-EU citizens: valid residence permit with a minimum remaining validity of 6 months; 

• Strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, pets, parties, nuisance, or aggressive behaviour;
