Furnished Room in a Quiet BnB – Available from January 1, 2027

A fully furnished room will become available in my All Season B&B from January 1, 2027. The room is suitable for a quiet, tidy, and independent person who values respect, privacy, cleanliness, and a pleasant living environment.

The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. A bed and mattress, furniture, television, household appliances, kitchen inventory, bed linen, and towels are provided.

The property is partly used as a BnB. The other two rooms are reserved for short-stay B&B guests. These guests usually stay for a limited period and are generally away from the property during the day.

Cleaning is arranged, and the owner regularly visits the property for maintenance and management.

The basic rent is €850 per month. An additional fixed amount of €300 per month applies for the full furnishing, inventory, facilities, bed linen, towels, cleaning, and property maintenance.

Total monthly cost: €1,150, including gas, water, and electricity
Security deposit: €2,300

Available from January 1, 2027
Available for a period of 3 to 6 months
Extension may be possible by mutual agreement
References are available upon request
Smoking and disturbance are not permitted
