This is a single apartment with 2 studio rooms where a maximum of 4 adults can live under specific conditions.

This apartment has 2 studio rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen-dining-room with all appliances, and a second sink area where you can wash your own dishes.

This apartment is rented by 2 partners aged +30.
They speak Spanish. The main tenant has been living in this complex since 2013.

They are offering 1 of the studio rooms with a shower, toilet, and sink for a second household, residing.

You will pay the main tenant 50% of the rent and 50% of the additional costs.

Your total share = €1.485,00.

This includes the 4,1% rent increase for 2025.

The next rent increase will be on 01 May 2026.

The preference is that you speak Spanish.

You will manage your own household.

You will share the kitchen-dining room, the central heating boiler, the house entrance, the washing machine, and the rooftop terrace with the main tenant.

The main tenant and their partner will use the second studio room.

The room doors are soundproof and fireproof. Therefore, both studio rooms have an intercom-bell-porch door opener.

Criteria:

 - Age 25 or older

 - Minimum 36 working hours per week

 - Net salary for a single-person household = €3.300,00

 - Net salary for a two-person household = €4.500,00

 - Rental period starting from 24 months. NO short-term rentals.

 - No pets, smoking, or vaping allowed.

You must respond within 1 hour after receiving the auto-reply.
If the responses are not received within 1 hour, your application will no longer be answered.

The current tenant offer to return the accommodation alresdy in April 2025 if the new tenant prefer to move in before 1 May 2025. This to discuss during the visit-interview.
