The apartment has an intercom and its own central heating system (CV) and individual energy meters. You share the rent of € 2.700,00, divided into 2 x 50% = € 1.350,00. You share the other living costs equally between the number of co-tenants. Thus, 1 person or 2 partners sharing 1 room can live for € 1.500,00, including all additional costs (energy, water, internet, cleaning service, and your local taxes € 960,00 per year). Here, 2 people may live together who do not share a household. But also, 2 partners with one friend or colleague = a total of 3 adults.
