Please note: This is a shared apartment for 1 up to 4 persons with specific housing conditions set by the Municipality of Amsterdam.

This is an apartment where a maximum of 4 adults can live under specific conditions.
If you don’t yet have a friend or colleague to share the lease with, you can discuss with other candidates during the viewing whether you would like to co-sign the lease together.

Under all circumstances, 2 partners or 1 single person will have 1 living-sleeping room with a shower and toilet PLUS share 1 kitchen-dining room and the terrace with the co-tenants.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower, 1 bath, 3 sinks) + 1 kitchen room (1 gas stove, 1 electric stove, 1 washing machine, 2 refrigerators, 1 oven, 1 microwave) + 1 large living-bedroom of 30 m² where 1 person or 2 partners can sleep (together in a double bed) + 1 large living-bedroom of 26 m² where 1 person or 2 partners can sleep (together in a double bed) and a 20 m² sunny terrace.

The apartment has an intercom and its own central heating system (CV) and individual energy meters.

You share the rent of € 2.700,00, divided into 2 x 50% = € 1.350,00. You share the other living costs equally between the number of co-tenants.

Thus, 1 person or 2 partners sharing 1 room can live for € 1.500,00, including all additional costs (energy, water, internet, cleaning service, and your local taxes € 960,00 per year).

Here, 2 people may live together who do not share a household.
But also, 2 partners with one friend or colleague = a total of 3 adults.
And also, 2 partners with 2 additional partners = a total of 4 adults.
It is not allowed to cook in any of the living-sleeping rooms.

All co-tenants share 1 lease agreement and are personally responsible for the lease terms and gross rent.

One of the tenants manages the contracts and payments for energy, water, internet, and your local taxes (waste disposal and water board).

The total NET rent is fixed until 30 June 2026. There will be no rent increase until 01 July 2026.

Living in this complex is affordable because the costs heating are super low.
This apartment have the highest insulation value (A++) with two standard double-glazed window frames plus H++ glass. A total of four layers of glazing.
This ensures that you can keep the rooms at +19 degrees Celsius with minimal heating.
This apartment consumes less than 500 m³ of gas per year for hot showers, cooking, and heating from November to March.
