The law requires tenants to organize and select the viewing. You will receive an interview with the owner and your data will be verified. After approval by the owner you sign a lease for an indefinite period together with the 3 other residents.

It is not rented per room. The tenants are not allowed to divide the house into independent or  own units. Each tenant have duty to register at the municipaly.
