About the place

Due to a last-minute cancellation, this studio is available again (previously advertised the lower floor).

I am currently renting an apartment on Herengracht. It's a beautiful apartment, but too big for me alone. The apartment used to be divided into two studios, so I decided to rent out the other floor.

So the apartment has two floors; one upstairs and one downstairs. The top floor is yours and is fully furnished (except the bed, which can be arranged) and has its own kitchen, toilet and shower.

The only shared space is the corridor and the small courtyard garden (see photos). In the hallway you will also find the washer and dryer, which will be shared. Currently the little garden is much more stone than grass, but I plan to put nice plants there; ideas are welcome.

The apartment is in the middle of the city. With a supermarket, nice stores, gym, etc within walking distance. In the house itself there are 3 other apartments.

For me it is important that you communicate easily and respect the living environment (I rent it myself directly from the owner). Registration is unfortunately not possible.

Your neighbor (that's me); a working Dutchman in his twenties with his own business. I love traveling, sports, reading, taking long walks and enjoying all the beauty Amsterdam has to offer.
