About the apartment

The energy efficient apartment is 38m2 and located on the 6th floor (accessible by lift). It is semi-furnished, has floor heating, a luxury kitchen and a balcony (with great view over the industrial area/water. It is perfect for a single expat or working couple.

Some furnishings can be optimized in consultation with the owner. Water, electricity, TV/internet utilities are to be organised by the renter her/himself. Energy label is “A” and most utility costs would be relatively low (of course, all depending on renter’s usage).

About the neighbourhood

The Houthavens is a collection of islands in a prominent place in Amsterdam and is developing into a trendy area. New restaurants and cafes are popping up and there are nice places just around the corner. The connection to the A10 ring is very good thanks to the new Spaarndammer tunnel. The cycling distance to the Jordaan is also minimal as well as to the Central Station. For your daily shopping you can walk to the Spaarndammerbuurt and Westerpark is just a 6 minutes bike ride.
