About the place

Cozy, quiet studio with its own kitchen, toilet, and shower. Located on a lovely, peaceful, car-free square, within walking distance of the Jordaan and Westerpark, with all shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and public transport just around the corner. We live at the back of the building and share the entrance/hallway.
Due to the setup of the house, we are specifically looking for a female tenant. Since, as of July 2024, temporary rental contracts can only be offered to students, we are looking for a working student.
We are looking for a quiet, non-smoking tenant who will take good care of the studio. There is no washing machine, but a laundromat is just a 2-minute walk away. Minimum stay of 2 months, maximum of 1 year. Strictly for one person only.
