About the place

The room is located in a nice house with 5 bedrooms. You share the house with four roommates.
  The kitchen is fully equipped.
 This is a small room.  Usually a student lives there.
 The house is located on the edge of Geuzenveld, a strongly emerging and green neighborhood in Amsterdam-West.  There is a supermarket within walking distance of this house for daily shopping, a few minutes further is the Lambertus Zijlplein with a diverse range of shops including Albert Heijn, Vomar, Kruidvat, Zeeman, etc. Schools and other facilities are all within walking distance  .  There are plenty of recreational opportunities around the district, including Sloterpark, Eendrachtpark and Spaarnwouder forest.  Public transport is excellent: Bus 21 has a direct connection to Central Station.  Bus 61 will take you to Sloterdijk Station in a short time where you can transfer to various bus connections, metro and train lines.  The exit roads are easily and quickly accessible;  Haarlemmerweg, Ring A10 and A5
 The rental price is 630€ including utilities (gas/water/electricity).  We are looking for a non-smoker roommate, no drugs allowed, not even weed.  Smoking is not allowed in the house and not around the house.  Every week we take turns cleaning the house: once the kitchen, once the bathroom, etc. If you don't like cleaning, don't apply, thank you!
