Equipped with kitchen featuring large fridge, induction cooking deck, big oven and lots of storage space. Washing machine is integrated in kitchen area.

There is a comfortable 2m long sofa bed, table with chairs, media cabinet and sliding door closet providing lots of storage space. High quality white washed wooden floor (oak), 2 large windows with garden view offering full privacy. Design radiator with configurable heating schedule (via mobile app), which can also be manually set to desired temperature. Studio has access to a shared balcony.

Shower and toilet are separate units shared exclusively with 3 other girls living in 3 separate studios on the same floor.

Location is in the hart of Oud-Zuid area, close to Beethovenstraat featuring shopping area, restaurants and cafés. It is on walking distance to Pijp, Museumplein and VU, WTC (Zuidas) on the other side. Public transport, tram and bus are within few minutes walking distance.

Possibility to get registered on the address and acquire parking permit if required.
