About the place

I am temporarily renting out my studio (26 m²) for one month at €975 for the entire month of November. The studio is located in the Little Manhattan complex, right next to Lelylaan station. Situated on the 23rd floor, it offers a spectacular view over Amsterdam.

The studio is fully independent and comes with its own toilet, shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stovetop and a combination microwave oven. The living space is fully furnished, which means you can use my double bed (1.80 m wide), TV, all kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, tableware, and more.

Additionally, there is a shared laundry room available.
I also have a few plants; if you could water them occasionally, it would be greatly appreciated.

The rent includes gas, water, and electricity. I ask for a security deposit of €300. The studio is only available for the specified rental period. If you’re interested, please send me a DM and briefly tell me a little about yourself.
