About the place

I am subletting my studio (26 m²) for one month, for €850. The rental period is from January 18 to February 16. The studio is located in the Little Manhattan complex, right next to Lelylaan station. Situated on the 23rd floor, it offers stunning views over Amsterdam.

The studio is fully self-contained, featuring a private toilet, shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove and a combination microwave.
The space will be fully furnished, including a queen-size bed (1.80 m), a TV, all kitchen essentials, a vacuum cleaner, and more.

There is also a shared laundry room available. I have a few plants; bonus points if you can water them occasionally!

The rental price is inclusive of gas, water, and electricity. The studio is available only for the specified rental period.
