About the place

STUDENTS ONLY - FROM END MAY 2025

This place is for students, incoming students, PhD students or students enrolled abroad currently doing an internship in the Amsterdam area.

Fully furnished studio of approx 30sqm (entire place; you will be living alone), in the nice location of Science Park. Walking distance from supermarkets, the train station, the gym, the Amsterdam University College, the startup incubator and the scientific campus of UvA.

The apartment includes: a fully equipped kitchen with pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, rice cooker, pasta machine, oven, microwave, trays etc; a home-office setup with 2 monitors, gaming chair and printer; a double bed with a couch bed for your guests; plenty of available space in the closet and the bed storage. The building includes space for bikes and 2 laundry rooms. 

Registration is allowed and this sublet is legal. Looking for someone willing to stay for the entirety of my absence (12 weeks, from end May to the first week of September). You don't have to pay rent for September. Bonus points if you take care of my plants :)

About me - I am a PhD student in Science Park, moving abroad for an internship. I am willing to provide documents, work contract or anything you need in order to verify my identity. Viewings are possible whenever, also available for video calls.
