About the place

The whole street is meant for house boats, and on the opposite side, more house boats can be found.
There is a small playing area for children around the corner.
The house is located in a quiet place in the Amsterdam Noord area, which is surrounded by house boats only. Next to the house you can find the Buiksloterbreek park, which is perfect for morning walks.  
You can easily reach the house by any kind of transportation, from biking to sailing! Central station is 10 minutes away by bike or 5 min by ebike.
The house has 1 bedroom one big kitchen together with the living room and one bathroom. 
There is a big garden in front of the house, where we have a small garden house and sitting area. On the waterside, we have a terrace, which is perfect for the sunny days.
We have space in front of the house for 2 cars and around the corner there is more space available. There is no parking fee.
