About the place

For rent: ONE person only, starting 1st of NOV '25

We offer a light one- bedroom apartment in a very good neighbourhood, located in a quiet green street but still a lively area at the Bloys van Treslongstraat. Several Nice lunchrooms, shops etc are one street away. 

We are looking for a single, working non smoking person. Our place is not suitable for couples or roommates/ friends. We are looking for a professional, someone tidy and private to fit in with the rest of the neighbors. 
The apartment is not for share, the price is incl standard bills, it’s contract based (with registration and indefinite contract. Minimum of 12 months), no agency fee. You will be renting directly from the owner. We will be needing proof of income. 

To be able to choose our ideal tenant we will need a brief introduction and some information about yourself.
