Please note: The studio is available from March 1st, 2025, for a minimum of 3 and maximum of 12 months. Registration is possible.

This studio was fully renovated in 2024 and offers comfort and privacy. The studio has its own bathroom and kitchen, with amenities including a smart TV, Nespresso machine, and washing machine. Very fast WiFi is available and there is private parking for both cars and bicycles.

The studio is excellently located, just 2 minutes from Uilenstede and an 8-minute bike ride from VU Amsterdam. It's also a 5-minute walk to tram 5, which takes you directly to the city center in less than 15 minutes.

Electricity is not included in the price and currently costs €75 per month. Water, heating and internet are included. There is no gas connection in the house. The studio is heated through ceiling heating (connected to our upstairs floor heating system). There's also an additional electric heater available for very cold days.
