This unique accommodation is located in the heart of beautiful Amersfoort, directly in front of the canal and the historic old Kamperbinnenpoort. Amersfoort has become very popular in recent years, also as a student city and popular because of its central location and good public facilities. The central station is within walking and cycling distance. 

The accommodation itself consists of: 
- a living and sleeping area 
- kitchen unit 
- built-in wardrobe 
- separate shower and toilet area 

This accommodation is perfect and also intended 
for the following two special situations in which someone needs accommodation for a certain period of time: 

1. A (foreign) student who temporarily moves to Amersfoort for a study. This contract ends when the student stops studying.

2. Someone who temporarily needs accommodation due to an emergency situation. This could be renovation of a private home, which means someone temporarily needs another home. This also applies to someone who is in a social emergency situation, such as a divorce.
