The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with 6-8 roommates. Weekly the corridors and hall are cleaned by a cleaning company. There are also 6 laundry rooms containing washing machines and dryers available to all residents. As a service, free TV and internet is offered to all residents of the building from the landlord.
The building is located in the Laakkwartier and is reasonably close to the city center. The location of the property is ideal for residents who use public transport, the station (Holland Spoor) The Hague is 15 minutes walking distance and only 5 minutes cycling distance. The Haagse Hogeschool can also be reached by bicycle within 5 to 10 minutes and by walking you can be there within 15 minutes. In addition, there are several bus and streetcar connections in the vicinity.
The rent for this room is € 440,- per month including G/W/L and service costs.

The basic rent is € 350,- per month. Rental allowance is not possible.

Deposit is equal to twice the incl. monthly rent.
