From August 1, 2025, two rooms will become available on the 2nd floor of our monumental office building (language institute talkingENGLISH) at Thorbeckegracht. You will share the floor with one other tenant.
On the same floor, there is a luxury bathroom with toilet, as well as a beautiful roof terrace. A basic kitchen is located on the ground floor. The rooms are furnished and can be flexibly arranged as a bedroom and sitting/workroom.The service costs include, among other things, the use of a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.You pay an advance on energy costs.
In addition, you may use a large room on the 1st floor by arrangement.Furthermore, you can use the large basement to store your bike or boxes. The basement is accessible from the street.On the ground floor and 1st floor, there are offices and a classroom. During the course seasons, the classroom is also used in the evenings. Twice a month, the classroom is used for one half-day during the weekend.We expect our new tenants to be considerate during the day and course times, as people are working and attending classes.
