Set of 2 light modern rooms, one with a balcony, situated at 1st floor of family house. Jointly available for quiet, tidy, non-smoking girl/woman taking along a solid vacuum cleaner! The house is located in green, safe, calm quarters called 'Veerallee', at biking and even walking distance from the city center, railway station, Windesheim Univ., and ROC Deltion. Cats and dogs not allowed, but small caged animals are welcome! The house is to be kept clean according to a strict cleaning schedule. The rooms are partly furnished. 
Free parking; bikes may be kept in a closed backyard. Rent: € 550 per month, to be paid before the 1st day of the month. Deposit: € 650. Straightforward rental contract (however, in Dutch!). Term: 1 full calender month. Ideal for international students such as Erasmus, studying at Windesheim University.
