About the place

This room is available for a quiet, tidy, and nonsmoking girl/woman. The room is situated in a standard house in a safe and green quarter called "Veerallee", near the city center, the railway station, en schools such as HS Windesheim en ROC Deltion. It has 1 toilet, 1 shower room, and 2 kitchens. Also it has a garden with relax chairs and bins, where bikes should be stored. No pets allowed.
The tenants (mixed gender) clean their own rooms and the common utlities according to a cleaning schedule. The rental contract is short and straightforward and (for legal reasons) in Dutch! The monthly rent must be paid in advance, and there is a € 600 safety deposit, which will be paid back with subtraction of repair costs of damages caused (if any).
