Set of 2 light modern rooms, one with a balcony, situated at 1st floor of family house. Jointly available for quiet, tidy, non-smoking girl/woman taking along a solid vacuum cleaner! The house is located in green, safe quarters called 'Veeralleekwartier', at walking distance to the city, railway station and Hogeschool Windesheim. Cats and dogs not allowed. The house is to be kept clean according to a strict cleaning schedule, in which you are obliged to participate!
Free car parking; bikes to be kept in a closed backyard. Rent: € 500 per month, to be paid before the 1st day of the month. Deposit: € 650. Straightforward rental contract (however, in Dutch!). Term: 1 full calender month. Ideal for international students such as Erasmus, studying at Windesheim University.
