Set of 2 light modern rooms, one with a balcony, situated at 1st floor of family house. Available for quiet, tidy, non-smoking girl/woman taking along a solid vacuum cleaner! The house is located in green, safe, quarters called 'Veeralleekwartier', at biking and even walking distance to the city, railway station, Windesheim Univ., and ROC Deltion. Cats and dogs not allowed, but small caged animals are welcome! The house is to be kept clean according to a strict cleaning schedule.
Free car parking; bikes to be kept in a closed backyard. Rent: € 500 per month, to be paid before the 1st day of the month. Deposit: € 650. Straightforward rental contract (however, in Dutch!). Term: 1 to 2 months. Very suitable for international students such as Erasmus, studying at Windesheim University.
