About the place

Ideal room to rent temporarily, everything is neatly arranged. 

Facilities are shared with owner (M.38) and student (Girl 22).

In principle, it can be used anywhere in the house. Such as kitchen, shower, toilet, living room, washing machine. / Salvage.

We are looking for a working or studying young lady.


It is not a student house, we keep everything neat and quiet.

The all-in price is €430 per month. This includes WiFi and use of items such as in the kitchen.

Additional costs: Deposit: €430

2 month contract, then 1 month notice period. (so no mandatory annual contract) 
The room will be furnished as shown in the photos/video.
