Facilities are shared with owner ( Men.38 Dutch ) and student ( women 22 Spanisch). and women (21 Italian) 


In principle, it can be used anywhere in the house. Such as kitchen, shower, toilet, living room.
It is not a student house, we keep everything neat and quiet.

The all-in price is €550,-- per month. This includes wifi and use of stuff such as in the kitchen. washing machine .

The room will be delivered furnished, the loft bed will be replaced by a low bed (see photo)

Additional costs: Deposit : €550,--

Contract of 3 months, then 1 month notice period.
