About the place

I have a room available for a non smoking lady. (not even on the balcony or frontdoor). NO MEN!

Room is 3.70x2.35, furniture included. Bedding and towels available at request.
Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Costs include electricity/gas/water/internet/tv.

Shops are approximately 5 minute walk, and bus 400 to Leiden is about 8 minutes walk. Bus to Delft 10 minutes walk. There is also a shed available for a bike or scooter.

Myself will be living in this house. I am a 40 year old non smoker and work fulltime. I am a quiet person, not a party animal.

Due to renovation work of the building in October, there will be scaffolding and access for workers must be granted for an undetermined period.
