🏡 Who I’m looking for

I’m looking for a non-smoking, calm, and tidy housemate who enjoys living in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Since the apartment is already mostly furnished, it’s best if you don’t bring too many belongings.

It would be great if we get along well — having a good connection is important!
I like keeping the place clean and organized, so I use a cleaning schedule to make sure everything runs smoothly.
I’m looking for someone who’s happy to join in (for example, we vacuum the shared spaces once a week).

🏠 About the apartment

The rent is €722 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and use of the dishwasher and washing machine.
If you’d like to register at the address, there’s an additional €28 per month (optional).

You’ll be sharing an 85 m² apartment on the 13th floor in Zeist, with possibly the best view in town.
From both the living room and your bedroom, you can enjoy large windows overlooking the forest.

Layout:
• Spacious and bright living room/kitchen (approx. 45 m²)
• Bathroom with bath/shower combo and washing machine
• Separate toilet
• Bedroom of approx. 11.5 m², with light carpet flooring and white walls

There’s currently a wooden loft bed (IKEA Storå) that you’re welcome to use, but I can remove it if you prefer to bring your own bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• Dishwasher
• American-style smart fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser
• Crockery, pans, and cutlery (available for shared use)
• Cupboard space for your own groceries

There’s also an indoor bike storage area and free parking around the building.

📅 Available from January 1st, 2026.
A one-year contract will be made initially, with the possibility to extend if everything goes well.

👤 About me

I’m 30 years old, non-binary (they/them), and work in IT.
In general, I’m calm but social — I enjoy occasionally playing a board game or watching a series together.

I have never hosted parties here and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
Keeping the apartment clean is important to me, which is why I use a cleaning schedule to keep things easy and fair.

I live with two cats 🐱🐱 — they’re very sweet and independent (most things are automated, like feeding and litter boxes).
It would be nice if you don’t mind feeding them occasionally in the evening when I’m not home.
Because of them, the apartment unfortunately isn’t suitable for someone with a cat allergy.
