About the place

Room will be available from 15th  of May 2026 until 31st of December 2026 (with the possibility to renew to unlimited if both parties want that). Room is fully furnished. There is a cooking facility (induction plates for 2 pans) + mini-fridge and the bathroom/shower (with washing machine) is shared with 3 other female tenants. All three study at the University of Utrecht and partly they also have jobs.) Because the three tenants in the house are all women, they prefer a lady for this room. So unfortunately male students will have to look elsewhere, sorry. The house is located in Zeist near Utrecht, in a quiet green, leafy neighborhood with many trees and large gardens. Jumbo Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop for connection to Utrecht is also at 5 min. walking distance. Rent per month is € 550.00 per month, . 

It is possible to rent the room including the use of a bicycle. In that case the rent is Euro 560,00 per month. Don't hesitate to make an appointment for a viewing. You will love this small, but cozy room!
