About the place

I live here and rent out 3 rooms. I am retired; the other two rooms are occupied by a couple. Tenants usually stay for quite a number of years. 

We live in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Zeist with a view of Bunnik. Bus stop 74 (towards Driebergen-Zeist station takes 12 minutes by bus) (towards Utrecht Central station in 22 minutes) (cycling to the Uithof takes 20 minutes) is 200 meters away. 

We share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and the shed for storing bicycles. There is a small front garden and a small back garden. We all do the cleaning. 

There is a washing machine for which a separate fee is charged per wash. I try to live in an environmentally conscious way. Because I am a very light sleeper, I ask that tennants are very quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:30 AM. 

If you appreciate peace and a green environment, this is an ideal place.

Because the current tennant is leaving end of June, I cannot take pictures of the room empty. Viewing the room is possible.
