About the place

Room will be available from February 1st 2026. There is a cooking facility + fridge and the bathroom (with washing machine) is shared with 3 other female tenants: a student from South America, a student from India and a student from the Netherlands. (All three study at the University of Utrecht.) Because the three tenants in the house are all women, they prefer a lady for this room. So unfortunately male students will have to look elsewhere, sorry. The house is located in Zeist near Utrecht, in a quiet green neighborhood with many trees and large gardens. Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop for connection to Utrecht is also at 5 min. walking distance. Rent per month is € 580.00 per month. 

It is possible to rent the room including the use of a bicycle. In that case the rent is Euro 590,00 per month.
