Due to cancellation room is re-advertised.
Ukranian refugees have preference for this room, but that is not a must.
Room comes available 1st of February. Previous tenant was also from Ukraine and lived here for 2 years. She found a job elsewhere and moved. 
(A mother with baby perhaps also possible) 
There is a cooking facility + mini fridge and the bathroom (withe laundry machine) is shared with 3 other female tenants. All three are studying at University of Utrecht. Because the three tenants in the house are all female, they prefer a lady for this room also and I want to respect that. So unfortunately men will have to look elsewhere, sorry.

The house is situated in Zeist near Utrecht, in a quiet leafy neighbourhood with lots of trees and big gardens.
Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance.
Busstop for connection to Utrecht is also at 5 min. walking distance.

Rent is Euro 525,00 per month. If you don't have a job yet or no scholarship yet, we will fix the rent in accordance with your income.
