This 16m2 room is located in a quiet, residential area merely 5km from Utrecht University de Uithof campus. Reachable by car, bike (15-20 min bike ride) and bus (bus 74). 
It’s less than a 10 minute bike ride to Zeist’s city center where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are within a 10 minute walking distance. The bus to Utrecht Central Station stops almost next to the house. 
Your room comes with a private sink, shower and a large wardrobe which covers one of the walls. You will be living together with a family of 4 (parents plus kids. There are no other students living in the house). The toilet, kitchen and washing machine are to be shared.  You can make use of the spacious backyard. 

This room can be rented by international students only. 
No smoking or pets allowed. 
Minimum rental period: 6 months
Maximum rental period: 1 year (can be extended)
Deposit: 1 month rent
