About the place

Room for rent for a quiet (female) in our old villa near the woods. 
Most likely we have to sell the house, so we can rent the room out just for 5 months, at the moment. 
The room is furnished, it will not be possible to bring in more furniture. We are looking for someone (female) who really is quiet and peaceful. There is a lot of nature around the house and the woods are nearby. 30 min by bus to Utrecht. 

Since we are in the process of selling the house; the tenant needs really be neat and collaborative when viewings of the house will take place.
