About the place

Top floor (attic) for rent in old historic villa close to the woods. 
Surrounded by a big garden. Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. A bedroom, living room, kitchen, shower and toilet all to yourself. The entrance is through the main house. We have always had international students staying at our house and we very much enjoy the exchange. You can live completly independent however. Since it is an old house with wooden floors we are  looking for a quiet FEMALE  tenant. Unfortunately the house may be up for sale in the coming months. So viewing of the house may be necessary for a limited amount of time.
