I offer a luxurious, newly renovated room in a 105m2 apartment. Besides the offered room, the apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a balcony and another small living room. 
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the beach and all necessary supermarkets are also within walking distance. 

In total, two rooms are rented in the flat, so you share the 105m2 flat with one other person.
