Are you our new roommate? 
We offer a luxurious, newly renovated room in a 105m2 apartment. Besides the offered room, the apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a balcony and another small living room. 
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the beach and all necessary supermarkets are also within walking distance.
