About the place

As of 1st of April 2025, I am looking for a new roommate! 


The flat is located on the westzijde, about 5 minutes by bike from the centre/Station Zaandam. Within 3 minutes you are on the A10 ;). It is new construction completed in September 2018. The flat is very bright with lots of windows and a view of Zaanse houses and the Verkadefabriek 🍪 Because my current housemate is leaving, a spacious room of about 15 m2 becomes available. 

I am looking for a quiet tenant/tenant between 26-32, working. Bonus points if you like games because a lot of game nights take place at the dining table 😏 Working from home is possible in your own room! 

Rent is 900 euros including gas, electricity, water and wifi. The flat is already fully furnished and basically you only need to furnish your bedroom. You can choose to use the existing furniture in the room for a small fee (everything is not older than 6 months). Because I value the contact with all the other people in the apartment complex, it is not possible to often play loud music at night or have a lot of parties, keep this in mind if you like this.
