About the place

Hello girls!
I'm looking for a female, working housemate in her thirties or late twenties (26+) to share a house with garden near Zaandam station with all high-end amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, airfryer, vacuum cleaners, iron & ironing board)!

Large bedroom with full 3rd floor for yourself, near station to Amsterdam.

The house (100m2) in Zaandam is furnished with high-end & comfortable furniture, and great kitchen appliances. The bedroom (10m2) is rented furnished (wardrobe, bed, night stand desk, chair and mirror), and you can enjoy the full bedroom floor (more than 17m2!) to yourself with windows on both sides of the house. 
You will have access to entire house and sunny garden with BBQ :D, except to other bedrooms, which I use as my bedroom and office. 

We are close to the Zaandam train station: reach Amsterdam Sloterdijk in 10 min and Amsterdam Central Station in 15 min. Located in a cul-de-sac street, it’s quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We are 3 min walk to a shopping mall with supermarket (AH) and other shops (Kruidvat, Gall&Gall, flower shop, butcher, etc). Free parking in front of the door. Next to natural reserve for jogging/running. Many facilities in the city such as restaurants, bars, shops, movie theater, local fruits & veggies market, gyms, tennis clubs, and much more. 

Requirements:
1.5-month deposit

Who are you? 
Female, single occupancy (no couples). Non smoker. Respectful, honest, clean, active and easy going. You like clean and neat spaces. 
You like taking care of the house as if it was your property. 
No parties, cozy dinners it’s ok 
Big plus if you are into traveling and exploring.

You would be sharing with a 37 year-old Dutch-Brazilian girl that will be travelling most of the time.
