Temporary Room for Rent in the Heart of Zaandam. Close to Amsterdam!

Are you looking for a nice place to stay temporarily? A furnished room of 8 m² is becoming available in a beautiful newly built apartment right next to Zaandam station. The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished and has an A+++ energy label.

You'll be sharing the apartment with quiet and tidy housemates. Everything you need is already there: a washing machine, kitchen utensils, a bike storage area, and even the option to rent a parking space in the garage (for an extra fee). The gym and shopping center are within walking distance – so the location is perfect.

We’re looking for someone who is neat, reliable, and preferably working. Age or gender doesn’t matter – if you're responsible and easy to live with, you'll fit right in.

One of the housemates will be moving out at the beginning of July, which means there's a possibility to stay longer. Just note that the rent will be slightly higher in that case.
