About the place

The house is approximately 100m² with a garden, located in the southwest part of Zaandam. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the train station.

The room i am renting is a 20mq on the first floor of my house. It comes with some forniture already (bed, nightstand and one office chair). 
I will not provide further furnishment (eg desk or closet).


Layout:

Ground Floor: Living room, kitchen, small toilet, and access to the garden.

First Floor: My bedroom, my home office, the main bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet), and another bedroom that will be rented out at a later point.

Second Floor: The available room is about 20m², fully furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. This floor also has the washing machine, dryer, and boiler. No other bedrooms on this floor, so it’s isolated and private.

About Me:
I'm 32, have been living in the Netherlands for a few years, and work full-time in IT from home. In my free time, I game and play guitar (just being upfront about the noisy hobbies). I'm home most of the time, except when traveling or out on weekends.
