About the place

Room for rent in a large Dutch house very close to the center of Zaandam. It has a garden and is just 10 minutes away from the train station. It’s a quiet area with plenty of green areas and free street parking. The supermarket is 5 min away and It takes 10 min to get to Amsterdam with the train or 15 min with bus . Shops, cafes and nice restaurants are in walking distance. 

The room is furnished with a bed, a lock a closet and one night table. 
The new roommate will have access to the common areas of the house such as living room, kitchen, garden and luxury bathroom. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least twelve months, (rental contract will be provided) a non-smoker, tidy person. If this sounds like it might suit you, please contact me.
