About the place

Hello there.

I am looking for a new room mate to share this beautiful 75 m2 house with in a great, relaxing cat-lady neighborhood in Zaandam, with a spacious living room, garden, two upper bedrooms and a separate bathroom and toilet.

Rent is €842/pr. person a month with approximately €130/pr. person a month for all utilities + a security deposit of 1 month's rent prior to moving in for the first month.

Amsterdam Centraal is 15 minutes by train from the local station.

Room will be emptied upon moving in, in which only the wardrobe and bed shall be remaining. You are welcome to obtain any additional furniture that suits your needs.

Who will you be staying with? I am a working professional that commutes to South-East Amsterdam daily for my sales position.
