Around 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central by train.

About the House:
The apartment is shared with 4 women in total (including you).
The other housemates are in their 20s, a mix of students and working professionals. Everyone is respectful and maintains a comfortable, relaxed living environment.

Room:
Furnished room (bed, mattress, basic furniture included).
The bedroom window faces the building next door directly, so there is no real view.

Fee:
€500 one-time service fee (paid to me).
No payment is required before securing the contract and move-in.
However, please do not cancel after applying.
