A nice room available on a spacious houseboat in Wormer with a beautiful view of the Zaan with lots of freedom. There is plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Total area approximately 9 m2. There is no space for storing furniture etc. 
The entire ship has central heating. The common areas: Terrace: Outside on the deck is a table with chairs where you can enjoy the outdoor / boat life on the Zaan. 
Bathroom: Bath Shower Toilet 
Open kitchen: Washing machine Dishwasher,Tumble dryer, Dining table, Coffee machine espresso machine. 
Smoking is not allowed inside, there is plenty opportunity to smoke on deck. 
Keeping your own room and the common areas clean and tidy is very important. If you do not want to participate in the cleaning routine, you can buy this off. 
Parking: There is a free parking space in the street. Wormerveer station and various shops are within walking distance. 
Applying for a bank account and receiving mail is no problem.
