 The common areas: Terrace: Outside on the deck is a table with chairs where you can enjoy the outdoor / boat life on the Zaan.

Smoking is not allowed inside, there is plenty opportunity to smoke on deck. Keeping your own room and the common areas clean and tidy is very important. If you do not want to participate in the cleaning routine, you can buy this off. 

Parking: There is a free parking space in the street. 
Wormerveer station and various shops are within walking distance.
