Looking for an inspiring place to live — full of character, peace, and space, yet close to Amsterdam?

Would you like to live in a spacious studio in a rural setting, just outside the city?
Public transport is easily accessible — there’s a bus stop nearby, and Wormerveer train station is a 12-minute bike ride away. You can reach Amsterdam Central Station in under half an hour.

Are you open and able to occasionally help out with small household and garden tasks, and eventually with some care-related support for the homeowners? Naturally, this would come with a financial arrangement — possibly combined with the rent.

The house is spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen is large and modern (with a combination microwave/oven and dishwasher) and is shared by the homeowners and two other tenants. The same applies to the washing machine, dryer, and a separate fridge and freezer for the tenants.

The garden is about 1,000 m², with several terraces and seating areas. There’s plenty of privacy for everyone, as well as a shared fire pit with a terrace.

A special place for someone who values peace, space, and a sense of connection.
