About the place

In a former school building, near Middenmeer (10 min) and only a 45 minute drive from Amsterdam and a 15 minute drive from Hoorn, we have a room available!

This 26m2 room is at the back of the shared school building. The insulated room is located on the first floor and has multiple windows on two sides for natural light and ventilation. The bright room has a new floor and there is a single bed, chair and a table. The renovated  kitchen has several cooking facilities and dishwasher and is shared with 3 persons. The bathroom with shower and toilet is unique and is shared with 1 other person.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the roommates are working people. We are looking for a working person who likes to relax at home, is neat and does not smoke. The room is available for a longer period.

Parking is available on the street side and there is a bicycle shed.

Wervershoof is a village in the municipality of Medemblik. The room is at walking distance from the IJsselmeer (13 minutes ) and the city center (5 minutes). Here you will find all the necessary facilities such as a bakery, various supermarkets, a HEMA, restaurants, etc. There are also several sports options in the area.
